Bethany Frick is a 3rd year grad student at the Ohio State University, pursuing a master’s and PhD in speech and hearing science. She is a trainee in the Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (LEND) Program at the Nisonger Center at the Ohio State University Medical Center. Her research interests include augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and language development. She is part of a team implementing workshops throughout Columbus to train communication partners of individuals with complex communication needs.
